When I first stepped into the fitness classes here in Round Rock, I was immediately welcomed by such a friendly group. The energy was infectious! I've been attending weekly, and each session just reinforces a sense of community among everyone. Not only do I feel supported by the amazing staff like Layne and Kaleb, but I’m also honing my skills in martial arts—especially Krav Maga. The workout challenges me, yet it’s so much fun! If you’re looking to develop your skills while being part of a motivating and encouraging environment, I can’t recommend this place enough!
