I think reviewing intake forms before appointments could truly enhance the experience for clients looking for thorough assessments. While the ambiance at Roots was inviting, it's evident that they need to improve their front-end operations to match the quality of their services.

I’d highly recommend the services here based on their range of treatments—everything from acupuncture to specialized massage. However, my recent visit left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. The waiting area has this lovely, relaxing ambiance, which I appreciated, but the music behind the check-in desk was a bit too loud. It was hard to relax when staff conversations were competing with the soothing sounds. I really wanted a calming atmosphere, so hopefully they can make some adjustments. Overall, I believe it has potential with a few tweaks!
