Before I left for my busy week, I decided to treat myself to a sports massage. I was a bit skeptical at first, thinking it wouldn't really make that much of a difference for my stress levels. But wow, was I wrong! Kaitlyn was incredibly intuitive and attentive, really honing in on the areas where I held most of my tension. She not only helped ease sore muscles but also created that perfect atmosphere for relaxation. By the end of the session, I felt like I was floating! If you’re also looking for that little slice of tranquility amidst life’s chaos, I highly recommend it!

Kaeti, the practitioner, was super friendly and made me feel at ease right away 😊. She took the time to understand what I needed and tailored the session perfectly. I’ve dealt with some chronic pain, and after just a few visits, I noticed a huge improvement in my mobility and overall well-being. It’s amazing how much a little bodywork can do!
