I never expected to feel so disappointed after visiting a dental office. Walking in, I was greeted with a lively atmosphere, but that quickly faded when I noticed the cleanliness—or lack thereof. The waiting area felt inviting, yet the floors looked like they hadn't been swept in days and the treatment rooms weren't much better. I had to leave without using their services, which is such a letdown because I really wanted to take care of some overdue dental needs. I think this place really needs to up their cleanliness game if they want to keep their patients feeling comfortable and safe.
