I have to say, my experience at Rockaway Dental in Canarsie was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the dental hygienist was thorough with my dental cleaning and even suggested some antibiotics for an infection, which I appreciated. However, the interaction with the receptionist left much to be desired; it felt a bit unfriendly and could definitely use some improvement. I think a more welcoming vibe at the front desk would go a long way in making patients feel comfortable. Overall, I got the care I needed, but I left feeling somewhat disappointed with the initial impression. They have great services, but a better atmosphere would really enhance the experience.
