As I walked into the salon, I was met with a warm ambiance that initially made me feel relaxed. However, my experience quickly took a turn for the worse. I scheduled an appointment for eyebrows and upper lip waxing, hoping for a polished look. Unfortunately, the results were far from satisfactory—my brows were uneven, and there was still noticeable hair left on my upper lip. The staff interaction was another letdown. While I was expecting a welcoming and professional service, I found the staff to be somewhat unprofessional, lacking the attentiveness I believe is essential in a beauty setting. This left me feeling more anxious than pampered, which is the opposite of what I wanted. I believe this place has potential, but they really need to focus on hiring skilled and knowledgeable staff. I left feeling disappointed rather than rejuvenated, and I hope they can improve on these aspects in the future.
