I was pleasantly surprised by the experience! It's not easy to find a place that gets hair color and highlights just right, but this salon truly understands what works for different skin tones. The stylist took the time to discuss my goals and helped me pick the perfect shades for my hair. Not only did I leave with an amazing color, but the highlights were flawlessly blended in. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be back for more hair pampering!

What amazed me about Rima Salon was how quickly I felt at home as soon as I walked in. I've been looking to switch up my look a bit, and they recommended a balayage along with a fresh haircut and some highlights. The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. Rima worked her magic and I walked out with shiny, healthy hair that I couldn’t stop admiring in the mirror! It's definitely a spot I'd return to for my occasional beauty refresh. I walked in excited for a relaxing facial at Rima Salon, hoping to treat myself after a long week. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service felt rushed, and I really wished it had lasted longer. Also, while I appreciate conversation, I found it a bit excessive during what should have been a calming time. Some gentle massages for my hands and shoulders would have really helped elevate the experience. I expected a more professional interaction, especially at a place like Rima in Westside, Houston. I might give it another try, but only if I'm sure it's a different therapist next time.
