It's hard to find the right support when you're trying to make a change, especially when it comes to something as serious as alcohol use. I visited a place in San Francisco looking for help, but unfortunately, my experience was not what I had hoped for. The practitioner I saw, Jeffrey, just didn't offer the guidance I needed. I left feeling disappointed and a bit lost. The billing and communication were also frustrating; it felt like I had to chase them down for answers. I'm really hoping they can streamline things to better serve those of us trying to get help.
