I’ve been enjoying the membership services and let me tell you, the benefits are totally worth it! I love the variety of options – from Cryotherapy to IV drips, everything feels like a perfect investment in my body. I occasionally treat myself to the Infrared Sauna and walk out feeling like I just hit the refresh button on my wellness. If you’re in the area looking to nurture yourself a bit, this is the spot!

The cryotherapy session was definitely a new experience for me, and I was pleasantly surprised at how invigorated I felt afterward. Rachel, the practitioner, was absolutely fantastic! She was so friendly and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Afterward, I spent some time in the Hyperbaric Chamber, and I honestly think it helped improve my sleep that night.
