Once I decided to get neuropsychological testing, I was really hoping to get confirmation about my struggles with ADHD. I had heard about how thorough their testing process was, but to my disappointment, the diagnosis didn’t match my expectations. It’s frustrating, particularly because I feel like I still don’t fully understand what’s going on with my brain. While the overall testing process was okay, I think they could really improve their billing transparency. There were some unexpected costs that I wasn’t clear on, which added to my disappointment. Also, I felt like my specific concerns didn’t get the attention they deserved, and it would have been nice to have a more collaborative approach during my visit. I occasional seek help for understanding neurodivergent behaviors, and I hope they listen more closely to patients in the future. Their methods have potential, but I think a lot could be enhanced for a better experience. 😊
