My experience with the root touchup was disappointing. Unfortunately, after washing my hair, I noticed that the grey strands were still quite visible, which was certainly not what I was hoping for. While I appreciate the use of quality products, the service lacked the level of communication I expected. The stylist seemed quite blunt and didn't offer much insight on the process or what I should anticipate. I’ve had better results elsewhere, and I was looking for a bit more care and attention. I’d recommend improving that aspect and perhaps providing some clearer guidance on the expected outcomes.

Then, onto the massage therapy, where I indulged in a combination of techniques tailored to ease my muscle tension. I don't normally splurge on massages, but this one was so worth it. The hot towels afterward were the cherry on top! Everything felt so personalized and collaborative; the staff really knows how to make you feel like royalty. I left not just relaxed, but genuinely glowing. I can’t recommend this gem enough for anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves!
