I didn’t have the best experience here in Oklahoma City. I went in for a Botox treatment hoping for a little lift and freshness. I was really looking forward to it, but honestly, I left disappointed. The communication around the units and pricing wasn't clear, and I ended up feeling like I didn’t get what I expected. After some back and forth, I did manage to get a refund through Groupon, but it just added to my frustration. I think if they improved the way they communicate about these treatments, it could really enhance the overall experience. It’s tough when you’re seeking aesthetic improvement and don’t feel supported. Just thought I’d share in case others are thinking of trying this place out.
