I had mentioned that I’d prefer a female therapist in advance, but when I arrived, there seemed to be some mix-up. The staff's attitude didn’t help matters; it felt a bit rude and dismissive, which added to my disappointment. The massage itself was okay, but the experience as a whole was overshadowed by the lack of understanding and care. I really wanted to unwind and enjoy the aromatherapy, but it just didn’t hit the mark this time. I just hope they can improve their communication and overall vibe because the atmosphere has potential!
