As soon as I sat down for my nail appointment, I felt a bit rushed. The technician didn’t seem to take her time and, unfortunately, the result was less than impressive. My nails looked blobby and uneven, which was really frustrating since I was looking forward to some nice nail care. I wish they would have spent a bit more time on polishing and shaping for a better finish.

I have to say, I was looking forward to my visit for some nail care and overall relaxation. Steven did an excellent job on my nails; his attention to detail really stood out. However, I had a bit of a mixed experience with the other staff member. While Steven was friendly and professional, the lady who assisted with the polish application wasn’t as gentle, and it felt a bit rushed. Additionally, I noticed that there seemed to be a language barrier with some of the staff, which made communication a challenge. It would be great if they could work on that to make the experience smoother for everyone. Overall, I left with beautifully done nails, but I think the service could be improved with better communication and a gentler approach from the staff.

I couldn't help but feel disappointed after my nail service. 💔 I was really looking forward to getting my nails enhanced, but the quality just wasn't there. The staff felt a bit unprofessional, and it seemed like my issues were brushed off rather than addressed. I think they need to step up their skills and take responsibility for their work. Not sure if I’ll be back anytime soon.
