Right from the start, I was looking forward to a day of pure relaxation at the spa. The atmosphere was serene and soothing, which I greatly appreciated. However, my experience took a disappointing turn when I realized I had lost a personal item during my visit. Despite my efforts to address the situation, the staff's responses lacked the urgency and support I expected. I felt acknowledged, but there was no resolution for my lost item, which soured what should have been a blissful day. It’s disheartening when a spa experience, which is all about peace and tranquility, is marred by such an oversight. I genuinely believe that enhancing accountability and communication regarding lost items would really elevate future visits for all guests. I hope to return someday, maybe for a facial or rejuvenating treatment, but I wish for a more attentive staff next time.

I’d highly recommend this place for a special occasion! I recently celebrated my birthday with family here, and it couldn't have been better.
