After spending some time at this spa in Rancho Bernardo, I have to say my facial experience was just decent. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcomed, but I was a bit disappointed with the overall cleanliness and aesthetics of the space. For a relaxing escape, I was hoping for a little more ambiance. The customizable facial itself was nice and moderately effective, but I think they could really enhance the experience by focusing more on the environment. I'll likely return in hopes that they improve, as I've heard great things about their other treatments.
