Ralphs

My experience at Ralphs was less than ideal, to say the least. I usually enjoy grocery shopping there, but during my last visit, I was met with an overwhelming cloud of smoke right outside the entrance. It was frustrating to see people smoking so close to where customers are coming in and out. I understand that everyone has their habits, but I really think Ralphs could benefit from implementing a no smoking rule outside the store. It would definitely create a more welcoming and safe shopping environment for everyone. Plus, the staff didn’t seem to be responsive to my concerns, which was disappointing. I hope they can work on that because I don't want my occasional grocery trips to be marred by such negativity.

From the start, I couldn’t believe how difficult it was to get the help I needed. I’ve been here a few times before, and I always hoped it would be a quick in-and-out for my pharmacy needs, but this time felt different. The moment I walked in, I noticed that the staff seemed overwhelmed and a bit dismissive. I stood there waiting to ask a simple question about my prescription refill, but instead of the friendly interaction I expected, I was met with a blank stare that seemed to say, 'You’re interrupting us.' After what felt like an eternity, I finally managed to get someone’s attention, but the response was lackluster at best. It left me feeling frustrated and, honestly, a bit neglected. Given my occasional visits, I was hoping for a smoother experience, and I do think some additional customer service training for the team could make a massive difference. I’d love to see them make improvements so that next time, I leave feeling supported rather than let down.
