I was blown away by how neglected I felt during my visit to Rainbow Day Spa. I had heard such great things, but unfortunately, the service just didn't live up to the hype. It seemed like the staff was more focused on chatting amongst themselves rather than paying attention to the clients. I really hoped for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience, but instead, I ended up feeling quite disappointed. A bit more customer focus would definitely help improve the overall experience.
