I was really hopeful about getting my spider veins treated with sclerotherapy, especially after hearing some friends rave about their experiences. Unfortunately, my visit didn’t quite live up to the expectations. The staff seemed a bit misleading about what kind of results I could realistically expect. I mean, I understand that not every treatment can be a miracle, but I was left feeling frustrated with the minimal results I got. It's disheartening when you’re doing something for cosmetic improvement and don’t see the change you were hoping for. I think they need to manage patient expectations more accurately. Just a bit of honesty could go a long way! I'll have to think twice before committing to this again.

I walked in hoping to get a consultation for a skin issue, but it turned out to be a frustrating experience. After waiting for some time, I discovered that there was incorrect information regarding my insurance payment. I was left feeling really annoyed, especially since I never even got to see anyone to discuss my concerns. The staff could really improve their professionalism and handling of insurance matters. It would save a lot of hassle!
