Since my visit, I can't shake off the disappointment I felt after my nail treatment. I had high hopes for a gorgeous manicure, but what I got was quite the opposite. The technician seemed rushed and I could tell that the attention to detail was lacking. The polish wasn't applied evenly, leaving me with some patchy spots, which was really frustrating considering I was looking for something polished and elegant. On top of that, the overall vibe felt unprofessional, as our interaction lacked warmth and friendliness. It would have made a huge difference if I felt like my preferences were considered or if there was more communication about what I wanted. My nails, which I hoped would be a perfect finishing touch, ended up feeling like a chore instead. I think they could greatly benefit from a little more training in not just the technical aspects of nail artistry but also in making clients feel valued. It's a shame because I really wanted to love this place, but right now, my fingers are just feeling a little *meh*. I might give this spot another shot in the future, but only if I hear that they've made some positive changes.

After my visit to this charming nail spa in North San Jose, I left feeling happy and my nails looked fantastic! I opted for a classic manicure, and the entire process was pretty enjoyable. The staff was accommodating and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The only downside was that my nail tech seemed a bit rough during the cuticle trim—definitely felt that! However, the overall experience was great. I'll be back soon for some nail art and to try out their relaxing spa pedicure.
