I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided to treat myself to a nail service. I appreciated that they listened to my preferences when selecting a design. However, the experience wasn't entirely smooth sailing. The appointment scheduling was a bit chaotic, and I felt there was some miscommunication during the process. While I left with some cute nails that certainly grabbed the attention of my friends, I think there's room for improvement. If they could get their scheduling sorted and tighten up the communication a bit, it would make a world of difference. Nonetheless, I’ll still consider going back occasionally - it's nice to pamper yourself now and then!
