I wasn't thrilled with my experience at Queen Isha Salon when I went in for some braiding. I had high hopes of leaving with a stylish look, but unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. The service felt a bit unprofessional, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful. I had expected them to be more skilled, especially with non-basic braids, which left me frustrated. It would be great if they could improve their technique and perhaps communicate their payment options more clearly. I love a good braid, but this was not the experience I was hoping for.
