I’ve been to Quality Care Health Clinics a few times now, hoping to build a long-term relationship with my practitioner. Unfortunately, my latest visit with Dr. Osuji left me feeling a bit disappointed. While I appreciate the range of services they offer—from cardiology to dermatology—the staff interaction felt really off this time around. I expected a more competent level of care, especially when discussing my health concerns. The vibe was just not great, and I left feeling somewhat lost rather than informed. I still believe in the potential of this place, but I hope they work on that team communication!

After trying to get a referral sorted out at Quality Care Health Clinics, I found myself a bit frustrated. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it felt like my situation wasn’t treated with the urgency it needed.
