I’d highly recommend the staff here—they were super friendly and made me feel really comfortable during my visit! 🤗 I came in with what I thought was just a common cold, but it turned out to be an upper respiratory infection. Dr. Pugach was very thorough in his examination, and while the treatment he prescribed did help, I was a bit disappointed that it didn't fully meet my expectations. Maybe I’m just feeling the aftereffects of relocating and my usual care back home? I really appreciated the care I received, but I’m hoping for a bit more next time. Overall, a decent experience with a fantastic staff, but room for improvement in the quality of the treatment.

After spending time at this Dallas location, I felt quite frustrated with the service I received. I had gone in for a medical consultation and blood testing, hoping to get some much-needed medication and support for my health concerns. However, the whole experience left much to be desired. There was a clear disconnect in communication among the staff, which resulted in me not receiving the tests I requested nor the medication I'd been hoping for. It seemed like note-taking and follow-up were overlooked, creating unnecessary stress. What’s more disheartening was the unprofessional demeanor displayed during my visit. I occasionally seek care, but I doubt I’ll come back here unless I see some serious improvements in how they handle patient interactions and service delivery.
