While I was initially hopeful, the interactions I had with Priscilla and Dr. Rodgers left me feeling disappointed. They seemed unsympathetic to my situation, almost dismissive at times. I felt like I was just another number in the queue rather than a patient with serious medical needs. The facility itself was fine—clean and well-organized—but the human touch was sorely lacking. I'm still on the hunt for a doctor who I can trust to manage my health more effectively.

The efficiency at which they worked was impressive; it was like a well-oiled machine, all while maintaining that personal touch that makes you feel at home. Whether it was the help with my appointments or the way they handle patients with such care, it brought back memories of those local joints where everybody knows your name. I went in for a medical consultation expecting clear communication and support, but what I received was far from that. It’s disheartening when you seek help and feel like you’re in the wrong place. I believe they could greatly improve their service by enhancing their communication protocols. In a healthcare setting, feeling heard and respected is crucial, and sadly, that was not the case here.
