While I was really hopeful about my primary care appointment, I ended up leaving feeling a bit frustrated. I had multiple health concerns I wanted to discuss, including some recent issues with my blood pressure and cholesterol, but I felt rushed through the entire visit. Dr. Hussain seemed busy and didn't take the time to really listen to my concerns. I wish there had been more engagement and a personalized approach to my health needs. On a positive note, the office is conveniently located and the staff seemed nice, but it just didn't feel professional enough for me. I hope my experience was an outlier, but I left feeling dismissed when I really just wanted help managing my health better.
