After experiencing a treatment at this med spa, I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff greeted me with big smiles, making me feel right at home. They took the time to understand my needs and provided excellent recommendations without any pressure. It felt refreshing to see how knowledgeable they were about every service they offer, from fat melting treatments to the latest in skin rejuvenation. I could tell they genuinely cared about making my visit worthwhile. Honestly, I left feeling rejuvenated and more confident. I can't wait to return for another session!

After visiting PRISM Med Spa for a facial, I have to say I left a bit disappointed. I really wanted to achieve a deep clean and hoped to remedy some of the damage my skin has been experiencing lately. The treatment itself started off fine, but it felt like the extractions went on a bit too long; it was almost like the staff didn’t know when to stop. I understand that sometimes skin can be stubborn, but there has to be a limit. I feel like a little retraining could really go a long way here. Overall, I appreciated the ambiance and their range of services, but I might hold off before returning for another facial. Fingers crossed for smoother experiences in the future!
