Priority Health Center

Initially, I was hopeful about finding a reliable pediatric doctor for my little one. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration during our visits. The front desk staff was strangely unprofessional, which made the whole experience feel off-putting. I genuinely believe that first impressions count in healthcare, especially when it comes to children. I expected a warm, welcoming atmosphere where I could trust that my child's needs were being prioritized. Instead, I faced a haphazard check-in process that felt very chaotic. I ended up switching doctors because I didn’t want to deal with such disorganization when it concerned my child’s health. I really hope that they make some improvements in that area. It was disappointing to say the least.

I never expected to find such a warm and caring environment for my kids. The providers really took the time to explain everything and made my little ones feel comfortable, especially Mrs. Vivian and Mrs. Titiana, who were just amazing with them. It's clear they really care about the children and their health. The only downside was that the reception staff could have been a bit more professional; a little warmth in their greeting would go a long way. Overall, though, I’m really pleased with the quality of care my children received!

I have to say, my experience with the referral service was pretty frustrating. It felt like the process dragged on forever, which only added to my stress. When I called, the receptionist was not very helpful and came off as a bit rude, which is the last thing you'd want when you're not feeling well. I really hope they can improve their phone response time and overall attitude. It's a shame because I was expecting much better!
