When I first visited Primp & Polish for a gel mani-pedi, I was really excited, especially since it was for a special occasion. The staff were super attentive, which I truly appreciated. However, by the end of the week, I noticed my nails were already chipped, which was disappointing. I expected them to have better longevity, especially considering I was preparing for something special. I think they should clarify their pricing details upfront as well; during my visit, there were a few costs that weren't mentioned clearly. Overall, I loved the ambiance and the treatment itself, but I wish the results lasted longer!

I must say, I was really impressed with my recent experience! I went in for a gel manicure with chrome, and let me tell you, my nails have never looked better. Suky was so attentive and truly understood what I wanted. She took her time to make sure each nail was perfectly shaped and polished. The vibe in the place was relaxing and friendly, which just added to the whole experience. I left feeling like I had just treated myself to a fabulous little escape. If you're in the mood for some serious nail care, I can't recommend this place enough!
