I wasn’t expecting much when I visited Primary Care PCP, but I ended up feeling quite frustrated. My main goal was to address a few billing issues, but navigating through their customer service was a real headache. I felt like I was speaking to a wall sometimes, with unprofessional responses that didn’t help my situation at all. It's such a shame because Adeeba Akhtar, MD has great credentials, but the staff really needs some education on billing procedures and customer relations. I hope they can get their act together because I’d love to come back for my family’s healthcare needs if they improve their service. It's important to know there are better experiences out there. 😕
