I truly enjoyed the ambiance of the eye clinic—clean, bright, and modern, which gave me hope for the service I would receive. However, my experience didn't quite live up to my initial expectations. After my eye examination, I was excited to finally get a prescription that would bring clarity to my vision. Unfortunately, I left with a new prescription that turned out to be quite the opposite. Headaches were my unexpected companions for the next few days. I understand that getting it right can sometimes be a challenge, but I was hoping for a little more accuracy in diagnosis. On top of that, when I reached out for help, the staff interaction felt, well, less than helpful. It's a shame, really, because this place has so much potential with its digital retinal imaging and advanced services. I’d suggest that they focus on improving their communication and ensuring that prescriptions are spot-on to enhance overall patient satisfaction. Here's hoping for a second chance next time, because I genuinely want to love this place!
