Polished Nails & Spa

I was blown away by the atmosphere and the list of services offered, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to my expectations. I was hoping for a relaxing moment to pamper my nails, but the end result was underwhelming. The staff was not very friendly, which made it even harder to enjoy the service. My nails look okay but not at all what I wanted. I understand that sometimes it can be a hectic day, but a little kindness goes a long way. I might consider returning for a different service, but I hope for better interactions next time.

I wasn’t expecting to have such a great time at Polished Nails & Spa! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance had a peaceful vibe that made me feel instantly relaxed. I had a classic manicure and not only did my nails look fabulous, but the conversation with Ken and Evahn made the whole experience even more enjoyable. They were super friendly and really made me feel welcome. It’s one of those places you can visit just to unwind and chat, even if you don’t need a pampering session. I left feeling refreshed and happy, definitely planning to come back soon!

Without a doubt, my experience was far from what I hoped for. I went in for eyebrow grooming, already looking forward to some pampering, but what I got left me feeling disappointed. The area felt unclean, which is a real red flag for any beauty service! Not to mention, the technique was lacking—my brows ended up uneven and just not right. I expected better care during my appointment, but it felt rushed and haphazard. I really think they need to step up their cleanliness and skills to keep customers happy. Definitely not impressed!
