During my time at this lounge, I had really high hopes for both a massage and a pedicure, but sadly, I left feeling quite disappointed. While the ambiance was lovely, the service didn't quite live up to the expectations set by the reviews I’d read. Rosa, who I had for my massage, appeared rushed and it felt less like a relaxing experience and more like a checklist to get through. Plus, I found the pricing to be less transparent than I hoped. I really wanted this to be a tranquil escape, but the quality of service just didn’t match the price tag. If they could improve on these aspects, it would definitely make a huge difference.
