I’ve been going to this gym for a little while now, and I have to say, it’s a bit of a mixed bag for me. On the plus side, the equipment is plentiful and I love having access to all those machines whenever I need to squeeze in a workout. However, I was really hoping for a smoother experience from the get-go. The sign-up process felt a bit clunky, and honestly, customer service could use a serious boost. 🤔 I had a couple of questions, but it took ages to get someone to help me out. It’s a bummer because I really want to enjoy my time here! Maybe they could think about streamlining things a bit? Overall, it’s decent, but I know it could be so much better with a few tweaks!
