I've been going to Planet Fitness in Oak Cliff for a while now, hoping to up my fitness game with some personal training sessions. The first time I booked a session, I was super excited, but sadly, my trainer was unavailable. It was a bit of a letdown, especially since I was looking forward to some guidance on improving my workouts. I tried to speak with staff about rescheduling, but they weren’t very helpful, which just added to my frustration. I really think they need to rethink their scheduling system to make sure trainers are available when promised. The vibe in the gym is usually great, and the HydroMassage™ services are a nice touch, but a smooth and reliable training experience is what I was really looking for. Hopefully, they can improve this aspect soon, as I’d love to give it another shot.
