I had no idea what I was getting into when I decided to go for a teeth whitening session in Dallas, Oak Lawn. I was really looking forward to brightening up my smile. However, my experience left a lot to be desired. First off, I found the appointment times to be super limited, which was a bummer since I thought I could squeeze it in after work. When I finally did manage to book, I was met with long wait times and a less-than-enthusiastic staff who seemed a bit overwhelmed. I left feeling more frustrated than refreshed. If they could improve their customer service and offer more flexible appointment slots, I think it could really elevate the experience for everyone. As it stands, it wasn't the vibe I had hoped for.

Since my visit, I’ve been searching for that perfect balance between relaxation and reliable service. I opted for a spa membership, dreaming of unlimited pampering at my fingertips. What I found, however, was a bit more complicated. While the staff was genuinely friendly and the ambiance soothing, the recent increase in costs and the limited availability of services left me feeling somewhat frustrated. It would be fantastic if they could honor existing contracts and find ways to maintain availability for regular clients. I want to love this place more—I just need a bit more consistency to truly feel valued as a member.

I just wanted to freeze it for a while, but the customer service was not as helpful as I'd hoped. I felt a bit frustrated trying to navigate the process. On top of that, the overall facility wasn't up to snuff either. It could really use some TLC to make it a more enjoyable experience. While I believe they have great services, the execution just didn't meet my expectations. Here's hoping they can improve!
