The second I stepped into this cozy spot in Fells Point, I felt instantly welcomed. I decided to try the hot yoga class and wow, it was an incredible workout! Betsy, the instructor, was super knowledgeable and supportive, guiding us through a challenging yet invigorating flow. The ambiance was just right, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made sweating it out feel almost luxurious. I’ve occasionally dipped my toes into hot yoga, but this session really pushed me in the best way. If you're in Baltimore and looking to improve your fitness while having fun, I can't recommend this place enough!
