Once I started my shoulder rehab at Physical Rehabilitation Network, I had high hopes for a smooth recovery. The initial sessions with Crystal and Bernadette were great—they were attentive and helped me understand the exercises. However, I encountered some mixed vibes with the staff. While some were friendly and accommodating, I noticed a few lacking engagement, which kind of bummed me out. I think if they could boost staff involvement a bit, it would really enhance the experience. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I’m hoping for a little more consistency next time. 🌟
