After spending time at the urgent care here, I can honestly say it was a great experience for my little one! The staff were super friendly and made us feel heard and valued during our visit. I loved how engaged they were with my child, turning a potentially scary situation into something manageable. The only downside? The wait time was a bit longer than I hoped, but once we were in, it was all smooth sailing. Overall, it's nice to know there’s a place nearby that really cares about kids and understands what parents go through!

To my surprise, I found myself at Phoenix Children's in Glendale during a bit of a panic over my son's ear infection. We usually don’t need urgent care, but the quick attention we received was absolutely amazing! The PA who attended to us was not only friendly but super informative. He took his time explaining what was happening and how we could manage it. I felt genuinely cared for, which is something I value greatly when it comes to my child's health. If you're in the Arrowhead area and need any pediatric care, I can’t recommend them enough for quick and effective treatment. My little guy was feeling better in no time, and that peace of mind was priceless!

What surprised me during our visit to the urgent care in Glendale was the sheer lack of efficiency and communication. I brought my child in for a knee injury, hoping for prompt and accurate treatment. Unfortunately, we received the wrong knee brace not once, but twice! It felt like we were just another number, and the staff seemed careless about the whole process. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when it comes to my child's health, I'd expect better attention to detail. They really need to improve their accuracy and communication on providing medical equipment. Hopefully, they'll take these concerns seriously so that other parents won’t have to deal with the same frustrating experience.
