Once I took my daughter in for a pediatric consultation, I hoped for a thorough check-up. To my surprise, the process felt a bit chaotic. We waited a while, and even though an X-ray was ordered, the doctor, Dr. Hall, didn’t even see my daughter beforehand. It left me feeling a bit frustrated, as I expected a more cohesive approach. I really think they could improve by reducing the wait times and ensuring that the doctor connects with the patient before running tests. It’s important to have a proper evaluation, especially for kids!

I never expected to feel so frustrated after a visit to Phoenix Children's. I went in for an EKG, hoping it would be a straightforward experience to help monitor my child's health. While the medical team seemed knowledgeable, the billing situation was a complete nightmare. It felt like there was a disconnect when it came to understanding the costs involved. I reached out for help, but unfortunately, the staff wasn’t very supportive or helpful in addressing my concerns. I genuinely think they should consider working more closely with families dealing with billing issues to prevent that kind of stress. It really dampened what should have been a more positive experience.
