Phoenician Primary Care

I was pleasantly surprised when I first visited Phoenician Primary Care, but my experience quickly turned disappointing. I had an appointment with Dr. Kidane for a medical consultation, hoping to get some much-needed health assistance. Unfortunately, the interaction felt rushed and unprofessional. I felt like my concerns weren't heard, and I left feeling more stressed than when I walked in. The staff seemed rude, which added to my frustration. I strongly believe they need to improve their listening skills and approach to patient care. It’s such a shame because I really wanted this to work out.

I didn’t expect my visit in Ahwatukee Foothills to be so underwhelming. I was there mainly for a new prescription for my high blood pressure. The consultation with Dr. James Copley was alright, but the way the staff interacted with me left much to be desired. I felt like they lacked professionalism, which really dampened the experience. I was hoping for a supportive environment, especially when dealing with something as serious as my health. It would be great to see some training improvements for the staff, as I believe it could really elevate the experience for patients like me.

After my session, I couldn't help but feel really grateful. I had an appointment with Dr. James, and let me tell you, he made the experience so comfortable! It's not every day you walk into a doctor's office and feel like you're chatting with an old friend rather than undergoing a clinical examination. The warmth from the entire staff was palpable, and I left feeling reassured about my health. I appreciate the way Dr. James took his time to explain things without rushing me, making sure all my questions were answered. For someone like me who occasionally dreads those yearly check-ups, this was a pleasant surprise!
