After visiting recently for my child's healthcare needs, I left feeling quite frustrated. While the facilities in North Philadelphia are nice, the communication and appointment scheduling were lacking. Ms. Patty, the doctor, seemed knowledgeable, but the interaction felt unprofessional at times, which is disappointing when you're relying on someone for your child's well-being. I really hope they can improve on these aspects because one reliable doctor is not enough to keep me coming back.

I never expected to feel so disappointed after visiting a place touted for its quality care. The medical treatment I received felt rushed and impersonal, and sadly, the staff interaction left a lot to be desired. It felt like basic courtesy was an afterthought, which is disheartening when you’re seeking help. I believe more emphasis on respectful treatment and better overall care could really improve the experience here.
