The first time I visited Phenix Salon Suites, I was excited to refresh my look with some hair coloring. Unfortunately, I was left feeling pretty disappointed. The communication from Mari just wasn’t there; it felt a bit unprofessional. I was hoping for a chat about what I wanted, but instead, it seemed like she was just rushing through things. The end result wasn’t what I had envisioned, and honestly, it didn’t really suit me. I think there’s a lot of potential at Phenix, but they really need to work on improving their professionalism and client interactions.

I have to say, my experience at Phenix Salon Suites left me feeling pretty frustrated. I went in for some root lightening and had high hopes, but the service fell short. Mari, the stylist, seemed a bit rushed and not very attentive, which didn’t help the situation at all. It felt like my needs were overlooked and I wasn’t really heard. I think they could really improve on punctuality and customer care because after waiting for a bit, I didn’t exactly feel welcomed. I’ve been to other places where the staff genuinely cared, and it made a world of difference. So, I might think twice before returning, which is a shame because I wanted to love it.
