I’ve been going occasionally for hair braiding, and I must say I was really disappointed this last time. The service was not as professional as I'd hoped, and unfortunately, it left me feeling a bit frustrated. Nicky S. seemed rushed and didn’t really listen to what I wanted, which resulted in braids that weren’t quite right. It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to my new look. I think I might need to find a different spot next time.

I didn’t expect to feel so completely rejuvenated after my signature massage with Jackie! From the moment I stepped into the cozy suite, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Jackie’s technique was spot-on—she found all the knots I didn’t even know I had and worked her magic to melt them away. I left feeling lighter and so much less stressed. If you’re looking for a little slice of tranquility and effective relief, I highly recommend treating yourself to a session with her!

When I decided to try out box braids, I had high hopes for a fresh, chic look that would elevate my style. The suite I went to was beautiful and had a nice ambiance, which gave me a promising start. However, I left feeling a bit disappointed. The style came out okay, but I expected a bit more flair and finesse. The stylist seemed rushed and not very attentive, which really made a difference in the overall experience. I think there's potential here, but improving appointment scheduling and enhancing the professionalism of the staff could really go a long way in boosting customer satisfaction. I've had better experiences in other salons, but I believe this place could be great with some adjustments.
