I was really looking forward to a fun grooming session for my pup in Brooklyn's East New York, but unfortunately, it turned into a frustrating experience. The grooming staff seemed negligent, as they didn’t handle my dog with the care I expected. During the bath and haircut, my dog ended up with a minor injury, which was upsetting for both of us. I expressed my concerns, but the response from the staff felt dismissive. I really think they need to improve their grooming protocols and enhance their customer service. It’s disappointing when you trust someone with your pet’s well-being and it doesn’t go as planned.

I’ve been taking my dog to this pet grooming place in East New York for a while now, and I can't express how grateful I am for the care they provide. The staff, especially Alicia, are calm and patient, which really helps ease my pup's nerves. After a grooming session, he looks fabulous and seems so much happier! They offer a range of services, and the mini make-rover package is my favorite for quick touch-ups. The entire experience feels positive and welcoming, making it a wonderful choice for pet owners in Brooklyn!

I heard about this place from a friend and decided to check it out for my cat supplies. From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. Joe was especially helpful—he really knows his stuff! I was able to find the perfect cat food and some fun toys that my furball absolutely loves. I appreciated how they had a good selection of natural products too. It’s become my go-to spot for all things kitty; I can’t recommend it enough!
