What surprised me during my recent visit was the quality of the dental cleaning and the consultation for Invisalign in North San Jose. Diana, the hygienist, was absolutely lovely and made sure to address multiple cavities without any issues, which I appreciate! 👍 However, I had a frustrating experience with the front desk staff. I felt like my time and privacy weren’t respected, which really dampened the overall vibe of my appointment. I think the front desk could use a little pep talk on customer service. Nevertheless, the rest of the team, including Annie and Allen, showed great professionalism and care. I’m hopeful my next visit will be smoother because I genuinely want to keep up with my dental health! ❤️
