Before I left, I wasn’t feeling great about my experience at PentaHealth in Mount Airy. I went in hoping to refill a critical prescription, and I ended up feeling quite frustrated. The staff seemed to ignore my urgent messages, and I didn’t get the help I needed. Communication could really use some improvement, especially for urgent situations like this. I know things can get busy, but when it comes to my medication, I need that support. Hoping my next visit goes smoother! 🤞
