I didn’t expect to struggle so much with appointment scheduling here. I've been trying to get in for a check-up, and it's been frustrating to say the least. The phone lines are often unresponsive, which really put a damper on my experience. More than once, I found myself waiting on hold way longer than I should have. When I finally got through, the available appointments were often several weeks out, which just isn't ideal when you need timely care. Honestly, it feels like there's a disconnect in their scheduling process. I think a bit of improvement here could go a long way in making the experience better for patients. If they can work on their phone response and streamline the whole appointment setting situation, I'm sure they'd keep more people satisfied with their services.

After my session looking for a new pediatric care provider for my kids in Houston, I left feeling quite disappointed. Switching from our previous doctor was a tough choice, and I had high hopes that this place would be better. Unfortunately, the phone response was lackluster, and I noticed the waiting area felt a bit unkempt, which didn’t sit well with me. I interacted mainly with nurse practitioners and medical assistants, whose engagement level seemed subpar. I really wanted a positive experience for my children's healthcare, but, at this point, I think we may need to keep looking.

It felt great to be treated not just as a patient, but as someone who mattered. I went in for a check-up and ended up feeling like I was receiving a personalized experience—something that’s hard to come by in healthcare these days. The doctors took their time to address all my questions, which made me feel both informed and comfortable. My only small critique would be around the phone response time for appointments; it could use a bit of improvement. But overall, I left feeling positive and cared for, which is exactly what I was hoping for!
