After my visit, I found myself quite disappointed with the quality of care. While I've occasionally relied on this clinic for health services, this time it felt like the focus was on gossip rather than patient care. The female doctor I saw was competent, but the overall atmosphere was tainted by the unethical behavior of the staff. It seemed like their attention was elsewhere, which is concerning when you're seeking proper healthcare. I hope they can turn things around because every patient deserves to feel valued and respected.

I didn’t expect my daughter's dental appointment to be so frustrating. We went in hoping for a smooth check-up, but the phone response was lacking and I felt ignored when I left a voicemail beforehand. It was really tough trying to schedule things around her school routine, and when we arrived, there was also a delay in being seen. I truly wish their communication could be improved; it would make the experience so much more pleasant for parents trying to provide good dental care for their kids. Overall, we got through the appointment, but it wasn’t what I had hoped for.
