PCC

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to get an appointment at PCC, but unfortunately, that’s where my positive experience ended. When I brought my child in for what I hoped would be a thorough health management check, the lack of coordination between the staff was glaring. My main goal was to get a referral for some specialized care, but the communication was so poor, I felt completely lost in the process. I had to follow up multiple times when things didn’t seem to progress, and every time it felt like I was starting from scratch with someone new. On top of that, there were issues with insurance coverage that no one could clearly explain, which only added to my frustration. I really wanted to trust the team at PCC with my child's health, but the unprofessional interactions and lack of accountability left me feeling discouraged. I genuinely believe that if they could improve their communication and take responsibility for the referral process, they could help so many families like mine.

I must say, my experience here was quite disappointing. While I had high hopes for the services, the lack of attention and care really stood out. The staff interaction felt cold and unwelcoming, which certainly didn’t make me feel valued as a patient. Honestly, it felt as though they weren't really equipped to handle the needs of the community. I think it might be time for some serious changes, if not a complete shutdown of the facility. There are definitely better options out there.

I couldn’t believe my experience during a recent primary care appointment. I had been looking forward to addressing some pressing health concerns, but when I arrived, it turned out my appointment had been canceled without any notification. I felt frustrated, especially after taking time out of my day to make it there. The communication from the staff was less than professional, leaving me feeling unvalued as a patient. I think they really need to improve their appointment confirmation process to avoid these disappointing situations. Unfortunately, my trust in their service has definitely taken a hit.
